YAYSE manufactures custom compression, extension, torsion, disc and wire form springs for industrial applications. Founded in 1984, we manufacture in İzmir, Turkey, with our European office in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Our manufacturing range covers spring wire diameters from 0.20 to 12.00 mm, including EN 10270-1 spring steels, stainless spring steels according to EN 10270-3 and special alloys such as 17-7PH. We support prototypes, small batches and series production with engineering and spring design support. Capabilities include coiling, grinding, stress relieving, shot peening and surface treatments. Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001.
